The Higher Education Commission has not published university rankings for the last decade, leaving students and parents in a quandary.
The report states that the HEC published its last rankings in 2015, where Quaid-e-Azam University ranked first, Punjab University took second place, and the National University of Science and Technology was third.
Parents and students depend on the HEC rankings to evaluate educational quality, yet the same familiar list remains accessible on websites.
As per the HEC representative, the new rankings are currently being developed and will be posted on the websites once finalized.
