Now that the flood situation is stabilizing, the Kartarpur Gurdwara has been reopened for devotees, signaling the return of visits after interruptions due to Indian water hostility.
In a statement to the media, the group’s spokesperson, Swarn Kaur, thanked the Pakistani government for quickly removing floodwater from the shrine and reinstating the arrangements.
The government has put forth great efforts to restore the location. “It’s wonderful to be here once more and experience darshan in tranquility,” remarked a pilgrim who is visiting.
Officials reported that although Kartarpur experienced damage from water attacks, restoration activities are continuing, guaranteeing safe access for worshippers.
The pilgrims characterized their experience as spiritually rewarding, valuing Pakistan’s dedication to maintaining and supporting their sacred pilgrimage.
