The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has declared the move of the Muscat Governorate Police Command (MGPC) to the Al Azaiba Police Station facility.
In an official announcement, the ROP notified all its visitors that the Muscat Governorate Police Command will move from its present location in the Al Qurum area to the Al Azaiba Police Station facility.
The MGPC will begin all its activities at the new site on Sunday, 21 September 2025, and will persist until notified otherwise.
The primary law enforcement body in the Sultanate of Oman is the Royal Oman Police (ROP). Its role is to uphold law and order, guarantee security, and deliver policing services nationwide.
The ROP is crucial for preserving stability and security in Oman while professionally serving the community.
