Renowned YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, commonly referred to as Ducky Bhai, has submitted an appeal challenging his physical remand order.
As per the details, the appeal was filed in the Lahore Session Court by his attorney, Chaudhry Usman Ali. The appeal has been accepted by the court for consideration.
In the request, Ducky Bhai contended that the judicial magistrate sanctioned a four-day physical remand without adequately assessing the details. He asked the court to revoke the remand order.
The court has sent a notification to the NCCIA and instructed it to provide a written reply by September 1.
Notably, Ducky Bhai is under scrutiny for allegedly endorsing gambling apps in his online content.
